The Gear we use
Because traveling full-time with 5 kids is a job all in itself, we really try to keep our stuff down to a minimum. We also realize that having certain things with us makes life much easier and keeps us all happier. We are sharing all of our favorites with you so hopefully, we can take the guess work out of traveling with kids, and living in a camper.
Thule Bike hitch Rack
The Thule bike hitch rack has been wonderful for us. It allows us to carry 5 bikes, and also includes a locking system so we feel safe. It is easy to use, and has held up very nicely.
Deuter Kid Comfort III
This Backpack carrier has been a lifesaver! Irene has taken countless naps in this comfortable ride while we have enjoyed hikes all over the USA. We hiked a while without it, and we realized after we purchased it, how crazy we were for not biting the bullet sooner.
